Register with BKOOL, download BKOOL Cycling and connect it to your smart trainer of any brand.
First time at BKOOL?
Remember that you can try it free for 30 days. When you log in to BKOOL Cycling, you will see the corresponding stages at the top. Finish the session and save it. Your best time will always be recorded in the ranking;
Cruce del Istmo
Cruce del Istmo is one of the most prominent races in the heart of Panama. With seven successful editions, it has established itself as one of the most important MTB competitions in the region. This race takes participants through the breathtaking landscapes of the Panama Isthmus, offering an unparalleled experience for cycling enthusiasts.
Enjoy two video routes that will immerse you fully in this exciting race:
- Stage 1: 23rd to 29th June.
- Stage 2: 30th June to 6th July.

Get ready for a unique experience in the Tour of the Americas! Over the next three months, BKOOL will take you on a tour of the best races in Latin America. The first stop is the exciting Cruce del Istmo.
How to participate?
You have one week to complete each stage (two weeks in total) and enter the event ranking. All Bkoolers who complete and save the route will be entered into a draw for a registration for the next edition of the Cruce del Istmo, valued at £250.
Flexibility and community
You can complete the stages at your convenience within the two weeks indicated or join any of the Group Rides we will be holding throughout the event. Look for the sessions marked with a yellow star ⭐ and ride alongside other virtual cycling enthusiasts!
